tinkerbell

my husband & i had two sets of married couple friends.they got to know each other thru various social events that my husband & i hosted and we all started to socialize together.now,they have started to socialize without us and i cant help it but i dont like it.i've tried to accept the situation but i cant and now i feel like i cant be friends with either couple as i just get too upset.i know its ridiculous and i need help with this.
