Stuck!

there are three main groups of girls at my school in 7th grade and they all don't get along, at all. I'm smack dab in the middle and one group is getting really ticked lately, and I don't want to lose all of them, I just have no idea what to do! Why can't they all just be friends, I mean is it really that hard. This issue has been starting to carry over to my family life and I've become pretty grumpy, not to mention the added stress and how I have cried myself to sleep. I just, I just want help!
