Improve Your Self-Worth with Self Esteem Affirmations


Practicing self esteem affirmations is a great way to build your self-confidence.

It's become way to common to feel unimportant, unworthy, and poorly about oneself. And for some reason, people have come to believe that feeling negatively about oneself is the way to show respect to others.

For example, a common scenario is when two friends are out shopping together when friend #1 states, "I look fat in this outfit," and in order to make friend #1 feel better, friend #2 will comment.."Don't feel bad I look worse."

It is time to stop putting yourself down and start building your self-confidence, especially during moments of social acceptance.

Repeat these affirmations on a daily basis.

  • I surrender my worry and fears to a higher power.
