stressors here.

Stress and Time Management Chart:
Now that you have your healthy coping skills picked out,
it's time to practice these on a daily basis. One of the most difficult
things about personal stress management is "not having enough time" to
get everything done, let alone taking time for yourself.
Yet, that's just what needs to happen for managing
stress.. time for yourself! The next stress management technique is
about time management. This exercise allows you to add one personal
coping skill to each day that is accustomed to your hectic schedule.
This exercise is just an example of how you can manage
your time in order to feel less stressed. At the end of this chart you
will see three blank spaces. This is where you can add your own stress
management ideas.
