paying a price of being good?

well my friend thinks that i dont let her take care of me and that i make her feel selfish and a stranger as i am formal with her i guess in my thank you and sorry of course i dont like to see her worried for me and i do share a lot with her.she thinks our frdship is one-sided.gawd have been nice to her still cant understand her now she is telling me that she too will behave formally with me..isnt it stupid??
