Not a true friend.

I have a "friend" who tends to talk before thinking. She always tells me something and panics about what she said telling me NOT TO TELL ANYONE. As a good friend I keep it to myself. I am always very careful about what I say but I made one little mistake, said something I shouldn't (wasn't that bad though!) and she blooming tells the headmistress. I am now so angry, upset, embarrassed, the works. What do i do? Right now I never want to talk to her again(im not over reacting) :) please help!
