Life after Death
Experiences can Help You Live your Life Fully!
What have you
learned about life after death? Have you taken the time to reflect on
this experience? If you think about it, when it's our time to go, we
will all leave this physical
existence. However, out of fear, we tend to ignore this thought and put
it in the back of our minds hoping to avoid it altogether.
Learning about
death doesn't have to be scary. Actually, what I'd like to do is
challenge you to
open your
mind to looking at death and life differently.
I believe that
learning about dying can help
you
overcome any doubt, fears, or insecurities about living life
today.
I've
learned that the spirit does not die, it just changes form at the time
of death. After the spirit leaves the body, people who have gone
through
near death experiences report feeling
unconditionally loved and completely at peace with
oneself.
There is no
judgment, no guilt, and no fear. Only the feeling of pure love.
Although I've never
experienced near death, I often find myself drawn to those who have had
the experience, especially during times when I'm feeling down or
fearful. There is something magical about life after death..something
mysterious. Most of the time I find this excitement in spiritual books.
If you have an open
mind, books about "real" near death experiences will bring you closer
to God and closer to yourself.

Angels!
Many people have
had "real" experiences with angels. These angels have brought peace,
love, trust, and comfort during tragic, lonely events.
Angels can bring a
sense of what life after death is all about. They're able to bring
heaven into the physical experience we call life.

Getting
in Touch with Yourself in Order to Be More in Touch with God!
What I mean by this
is, loving yourself unconditionally brings you closer to God.
I have found a very
easy way to do this by....
Talking
to Yourself!
When you are having
a bad day, start talking to yourself like a loving friend would talk to
you.
Here
are the guidelines:
- Find somewhere
quiet to have this conversation. Otherwise, the outside noise will
distract you.
- Once you have
found a quiet place, ask questions that you have been wondering about
for sometime now. Then, listen for a response. I visualize the response
coming from some "higher being." I believe that this force is bringing
me closer to myself in a loving, healthy way.
- Only allow a
positive response to enter your conversation. A positive, yet honest,
and loving response.
- Talk to
yourself until you feel at peace and confident with yourself.
- That's it. It
may take some practice because we've been taught that talking to
yourself is "crazy." Yet, this is a very loving practice we have
neglected.
These
guidelines are very similar to praying
or meditation.
Once you are more
connected with yourself, you will feel more at peace when it's time to
move forward with life after death.
