letting other half what is not tollerated ( name calling ,threat to leave and yelling in the face ie controll)

How do I have my husband truely listen to me? He yells in my face(drill sarget) threatens to leave that he does not love me.He says he is a black nigger and calles me bitch. he does this so i will stop talking in public to him and so no one can see us fighting that I am wanting to have others see us fight. He said I have to stop interrupting him and not to cry in public show that I am hurt in public. He says he will not say sorry that he will try 2 times if i do not respond he will not speak to me, call names, threat of divorce.
