how to help my daughter

Our Daughter grew up in a clean house. She left our home when she turned 18 years old. But she never was a clean and organized person, and it seems to have gotten worse. I feel helpless because she doesn't want me to help her with anything, telling me that she knows how to clean in her house.... It makes me feel angry and sad at the same time because she has a 3 year old son and I wish I could help her to change for him and for her self. What is the possible problem?
