Her acting out is a call for help.

Dear "Daughter lives with the other parent,"

I know you're concerned about your daughter's behavior, but she isn't just acting out because she's not ready for school. It sounds like she has some things on her mind that she needs to talk to someone about. Ask her if there is anything she needs to talk about and if there is, that you will be there for her. If she isn't opening up to you and her behavior continues, I recommend that you have her speak to a school counselor or a child therapist.
