A Process of Becoming Aware of Who You Are as a Unique Individual!
Building self confidence is a process of discovering who you are as a unique individual. And the only way to feel confident about who you are is to investigate everything in your life that makes you you!
What do I like myself?
What do I want out of life?
What are my goals?
What are my skills?
Who am I outside of my job, my kids, my husband/wife, my family, my friends?
What do I want to change about myself?
What do I value?
What are my weaknesses?
What are my beliefs?
what are my priorities?
Building self confidence takes time, patience, experience, and most of all, choice. And anyone can make a choice to feel better about themselves at any point in their life. When you have made a choice to start feeling better about yourself, your life will begin changing.
Also, understand that building self confidence is a journey of failures, lessons, insights, light-bulb moments, and disappointments creating an overall character of your unique self.
So please know that whenever you are struggling or feel hopeless, find peace within that moment and know that you are building character and confidence.
This is the beginning of a life long relationship you will have with yourself. And there is no better time than now to begin knowing who you are, where you want to go in life, and fulfilling your God given purpose.
Let's get started on building your self confidence shall we...
