Hello, my name is Brandy Shirley and I'm on a mission of discovering how to love the self; in a humble, non-arrogant sort of way :)

I personally believe that low self-esteem, mental illness, poor relationships, self-mutilation, suicide, drug/alcohol addictions, abuse, along with many other issues, are all major symptoms of having a poor, unhealthy relationship with oneself. Nothing more, nothing less!

However, I also believe that when an individual develops a healthy, loving relationship with oneself, these above issues will no longer occur....

Which is the purpose of this site!

I will be your mentor, therapist, and personal coach willing to answer questions, offer guidance and support, and provide step by step solutions for your personal concerns.

So take the pressure off and enjoy the material I have prepared for you. Of course, there will be some work involved but it's nothing you can't handle and nothing you won't want to do!
